Functional Medicine in Oakville
Functional medicine asks a simple question: what is actually driving how you feel? Instead of treating each symptom on its own, it looks at how your body’s systems connect and where things have drifted out of balance. At Cure Integrative Clinic in Oakville, that question shapes every visit.
A root cause approach to your health
Many people arrive having been told their results are normal, yet they still do not feel well. Functional medicine works in the space between illness and full health. We look at the patterns across your digestion, hormones, stress response, sleep, and metabolism, and we use that fuller picture to understand the why behind your symptoms rather than only managing them.
Dr. Nesreen Hassan is a naturopathic doctor (ND, PhD, CFMP) with a background in medicine and research and certification in functional medicine. That combination shapes how each plan is built, drawing on evidence and looking at the whole person.

Concerns we commonly work with
People come to Cure Integrative Clinic for support with a range of long term and complex concerns, including:
Care is always individualized. Your plan is built around your history, your goals, and what the assessment actually shows.
What to expect
Your first visit is a detailed consultation. Dr. Hassan takes the time to gather your full health history, your current symptoms, and the context around them, and may recommend functional lab testing where it adds clarity. At your follow up visit, you go through your personalized functional medicine care plan together, so you leave understanding what the plan is, why each step matters, and what to do next.
In person and virtual care
