Is this a naturopathic treatment program?

No. The Burnout Reset is a health education and wellness program. It teaches functional medicine frameworks and clinical tools in a group educational setting. It does not constitute a naturopathic patient-practitioner relationship. If you would like individual clinical care from Dr. Nesreen, that is available through Tier 3 or a separate appointment at Cure Clinic.

All live sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. You will not miss any content by attending asynchronously, though attending live gives you the chance to ask Dr. Nesreen your questions directly.

Each video module is approximately 45 to 60 minutes. The live Zoom session runs 60 to 90 minutes every two weeks. Beyond that, you decide how much time to spend with the tools and community. Most participants find 2 to 3 hours per week is enough to get full value.

Many plans that cover naturopathic services will reimburse wellness education program fees. A receipt is issued for all fees. For Tier 3 participants, individual clinical appointments are billed separately and are more commonly covered by naturopathic benefit plans. Check your specific plan details.

No. HRV4Training is a free validated smartphone app that measures HRV using your phone camera. If you already own an Oura Ring, Whoop, Garmin, or Apple Watch, your overnight HRV is already being measured. Both approaches work with the 7-week HRV Tracking Log included in Tiers 2 and 3.

Absolutely. The entire program is online and available across Canada. Dr. Nesreen, ND also sees Tier 3 patients virtually across Ontario.
